Adds in 4 tiers of items that drop rare items. These items will drop rarely from regular mobs and will always drop from bosses.

Common: 5% chance to drop from Undead mobs and Arthropods (Spiders, Silverfish)

Uncommon: 5% Chance to drop from Illagers and mobs with more than 10 Hearts. 100% Chance to drop from Evokers

Rare: 100% Chance to drop from Withers, Ravagers and Elder Guardians. 5% Chance to drop from Evokers

Epic: 5% Chance to drop from all Boss mobs and 100% Chance to drop from the Ender Dragon
