Gives Goat horns a use!
When a player blows into the horn, they will be healed about 3 hearts and given the new Empowered effect.
It should also give the effect to nearby players too, but I am not able to test that out.
The Empowered effect will -
- Increase player movement speed. (not as much as normal speed)
- Increase player knockback.
- Make the player immune to knockback.
- Increase player attack speed.
(The strength of the stat boosts is based on the level of the effect.)
Will give weakness to the nearest hostile mob in a 4-block radius, just because.
That is about it. Very small mod but also my first published mod, please enjoy!
Added some new gamerules to change the ability strengths of the horn.

/gamerule hornCooldown
The wait time after blowing a horn in seconds. Is normally 350.
/gamerule hornBoostLevel
The level of all effects when blowing a horn. Is normally 0
/gamerule hornEffectRange
The range that players and enemies get effected. Will affect players in a 1.5x range then the value put in or that is put. Is normally 8 but would be 12 for players
/gamerule hornBoostLength
The length/time of the boost effect after blowing a horn in seconds. Is normally 60
Added back the ability of slowing down and weakening nearby entities.
