it's billy! the awesome friend to help you in your world. look at him wave hello! he can help you out by running commands

ok but fr this was my attempt at a lurker-style mod cuz apparently they're pretty popular. he'll hide and watch you, then beckon you over, and when you come close he turns hostile and attacks. he can also run fake commands and make this really annoying "hey" sound
