A simple mod that adds the ability to make tools such as swords, pickaxes, axes, shovels, hoes, & bows out of any of the vanilla overworld wood types (excluding bamboo, but it gets a bow and staff). Normal wood sticks can be crafted from the added sticks (yes, acacia & jungle sticks & so forth are added too) and are still needed for recipes such as arrows, and you can still craft normal wood sticks using the crafting book in the crafting table.
The bows work like a normal bow mostly, but cannot fire potion arrows. If firing any of the bows in creative mode, make sure to still have an arrow in your inventory, as this is a bug I haven't worked out yet.
This mod aims to give a little more customizability and realism to survival. A there are bows and tools now for: Oak, Spruce, Birch, Jungle wood, Acacia, Dark Oak, Mangrove, & Cherry wood. Bamboo isn't strong enough for normal tools other than a bow, but can be crafted into a bo staff that can be used to block attacks & as a knockback weapon.
