RF/ForgeEnergy, Ore Dictionary and items compatible with other mods.

Greetings. I had a question so I decided to ask here. Is it possible YET to use Redstone Flux or Forge Energy in MCreator? I saw in a different thread some moderator had said that it was in the list of future updates so I was wondering how far away the update is from today.

Also, is it possible to make certain items register for the OreDictionary so that they are compatible with other mods? For example, some mods that add Copper Ingots, they add it in a way that it is accepted in crafting recipes of other mod, like how the crafting recipes of those other mods will say "accepts any ingotCopper." How to do that?
