When installing mods is more complicated than Res6.mcpack and Beh6.mcpack

Hello. I'm trying to install the Any Dimensions mod on my Xbox One. I downloaded the zip file from the mcreator website:

But when I extracted the folder, I found three folders and one file:

assets
META-INF
mod
mcmod.info

And when I tried to following this guy's tutorial:

He head the Res6.mcpack and Beh6.mcpack for his mod if you skip to 1:46 in his video.

Not knowing what else to do after going into the UFO.Transfer app, I went to Packages > Microsoft.MindcraftUWPConsole_8wekyb3d8bbwe > LocalState > games > com.mojang, created the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders, and copied all four of the things I extracted from the download and pasted them into both folders.

Unfortunately, when I started Minecraft, those files did not show up in either one of the Resource Packs and Behavior Packs in the Create New World menu. Am I missing something?
