Help with custom model proportions and size

So I'm pretty new to modding but have been using craftstudio to make models and textures for a better horses mod. I found MCreator a while ago but never figured out how to use it. Now, I managed to import my model and texture but it doesn't match my model at all. The texture is there but the legs are in the body, the head is huge, and its pretty funny looking. I keep messing with it but idk how to fix, can someone help?

It may be that you do not know how to model and need to learn! I suggest using a more complete modeler and with good support, I suggest Blockbench ... it is for Entities and Blocks, it has a textures editor, a great performance, simple interface and has a server in the Discord, to answer doubts etc ...
