There is plugins for MCreator that add in new generators (example 1.12.2 forge or 1.13 datapack). I do not think there is currently 1.7.10 generator since it is REALLY outdated. :/
Minecraft 1.7.10 is unsupported and outdated. Minecraft Forge, Mojang, MCreator and everyone else don't support 1.7.10 for that. Also, what's the reason to want a version with nothing beautiful of the last updates, with a lot of bugs and without no new mods?
Better to upgrade to the latest versions of MCreator!
