Custom sounds not working.

Imported sounds just don't work. Anytime I click on Play Sound it does nothing, just mute-plays for a split-second then stops. The sound was converted into an OGG Mono File using https://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-ogg and nothing shows up in the console. Is there any way to fix this? I've searched multiple questions in search for solutions but nothings worked.
