Issue description
So I made a custom dimension, in it, there are some dungeons with blocks that spawn mobs and sets itself to air. This sometimes work for some dungeons, but for others it dosen't. There is a lot of empty ones.
SPOILER ALERT
Testing method:
1.take some flame bricks
2.take a volcanic scepter
3.build the flame bricks like a nether portal
4.click it with the scepter
5.go inside
6. try to find some dungeons that look like weird red block chunks.(Not underground)
7. look if there is mobs.
In some worlds and some dungeons and there are mobs but none in others. It's really bothering me because I need these features for my mod.
