Topic category: Minecraft mod ideas exchange
This is the official topic for RaolCraft Omega.
Here I will write comments about future updates, changelogs, etc.
You can post here bug reports, suggestions, opinions, etc.
If you want a guide about the mod you can go here instead: https://github.com/raoldev/RaolCraft-Omega/wiki
If you want you can also reply to this survey:
(you can reply to only a few questions if you want )
In your opinion, what needs to be improved?
What should be removed?
What textures need to be changed?
Did you like playing this mod?
What's your favorite feature?
OLD STUFF:
I'm sorry that I am not making updates for RaolCraft 3 but I'm having some problems with internet connection (yes again)
Anyways, when I will have back the good internet connection I will release new little mods instead of updating RaolCraft.
The mods will be released in a single mod page because they will be like a modpack.
What mod should I make first?
Raol's Improved Vanilla
This mod will improve Vanilla minecraft without changing the gameplay (like Quark or Craft Horizons). Some features will be taken from RaolCraft (Raolcraft 1 was intended to be like a Minecraft update).
Raol's Furniture mod
It's simply a furniture mod.
Raol's Clothes mod
Inspired by Killer Unicorns's Clothes+ mod.
Raol's Garden
A mod that adds more plants
(yes all of them start with Raol's because there may be other mods with similar names and also so they are all next to each other.)
Why am I doing this?
Because RaolCraft 3's workspace is broken and when importing it I need to fix an hundred of bugs and so it's better to make another mod.
Do you prefer another remake? RaolCraft Omega Edition XD
RaolCraft 1 reached 35 mod elements
RaolCraft 2 reached 200+ mod elements
RaolCraft 3 reached 900+ mod elements
RaolCraft Ω maybe will reach 4500 mod elements XD just joking
lol
Raol mysteriously disappeared from this website...
*that moment when you realize Mojang has just added a new ingot which is even more powerful and harder to obtain than modded ones... XD*
Anyway, after spending some time trying out the first snapshot of the Nether Update (which looks awesome), I also worked a bit on the next RaolCraft patch.
It will fix many bugs and add some little things (new mobs and blocks for dimensions, various improvements such as making flora totems slowly regenerate hunger when under the sun or when in the flora dimension, the reimplementation of ore dictionary compatibility for the most common materials, etc.).
Anyway, I figured out it is a lot easier to just add a bunch of random features from the never-ending to-do list rather than actually focusing on a dimension, biome, mechanic, etc. It could be probably because there is much more freedom and alternating different features is also more fun. This means that the next updates will probably just be a list of random additions there and there, but they will also require less time to be released.
(it also means that the next RaolCraft patch might accidentally get bigger than planned without requiring more time to be released :P)

I never expected mojang to add a new material...
I mean they haven't for ages...
a bug:
the lttile oak sapling can be planted on top of each other
Why is raolcraft still beta?
I mean, the progression is complete, there are a lot of bonus features, and you have lots of things to do in your world!
I feel like it is a complete mod...
Most modpacks have 20-30 raolcraft sized mods, 40-90 modular expansion module sized mods, and 20 performance mods.
My modpack has 5 raolcraft sized mods, 50 performance mods and 30 or so modular expansion sized mods.
The 50 performance mods is for Biomes you go worldgen...
Raolcraft+Biomes you go = not playable unless you have at least 6G ram allocated.
The bug will be fixed in the next update, thank you for reporting :)
RaolCraft will become a fully released mod in the next updates, probably in the last major update before porting to 1.14. It's still filled with bugs and wip features, it doesn't really feel complete to me.
Ok, tell me when the modpack is ready :)
It's ready! https://hmcl.huangyuhui.net/
is the launcher. For the modpack:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/sg64k3af11n8yp9/MOTW_Jumble-1.0.7.zip/fi…
To install just open the launcher and drag this in it
Could you also upload it on curseforge? Because I can't speak Chinese so I don't get what's written in the website XD
Or at least you could provide a way to play the modpack without having to download that launcher
It's not a twitch modpack so I can't upload it to curse :(

that's the direct download link, it will automatically start download if you click it.
and it probably has a English option
Yep, It definitely has a english option
Ok, thank you :D
It failed to import your modpack .(
