Although we no longer support or encourage the use of 1.12.2, we still want you to update to newer versions. For this reason, I updated the Minecraft 1.12.2 generator to support 2020.3. All new features are not supported in it, though, but feel free to open pull requests.
Keep in mind you need to install the plugin yourself. You can support development by contributing features (eg. add missing features from 2020.3) on https://github.com/Pylo/MCreatorGenerator-Forge-1.12.2/releases.
Contribute to https://github.com/Pylo/MCreatorGenerator-forge-1.12.2.
This generator is made to support 2020.3 and 2020.4 when released, but as said, it is not officially supported and not encouraged to be used.

MCreator crashes or say me gradle problem when i make a new 1.12.2 mod
Uuuh how do we download the generator on mac?
Check https://mcreator.net/wiki/gradle-setup-errors
https://mcreator.net/plugin/64513/minecraft-1122-generator same link as for all platforms, there are no specifics for Macs, it is a zip file
Wait a minute the link I put before stopped working. I guess the mod was abandoned
New update for 2020.4 on https://mcreator.net/plugin/64513/minecraft-1122-generator
should i get the one that says generator-1.12.2.zip or source code.zip or source code tar.gz or two of those or all of them
The first one. Even better, download from plugins page.
I'm not sure if this has been posted already but none of my Plants are spawning, I have the spawn rate at 24 & the dimension is surface. The plant type is set to crop. I can provide more info if needed.
Maybe its because the plant is a crop.
You can open ticket on github, but generator is unsuported so likely nothing will happen.
This means I and other devs will not work on this expect for keeping it in-sync with MCR for some time, then even this will be stopped (working on that many versions for free as a hobby is not possible unfortunatelly).
But the project is open-source so you can contribute yourself if you feel like keeping 1.12.2 support alive ;)
Understood, Thank you for letting me know.
nice you just got 11,000 :)
Any way to add support for custom enchantments in this?
Source entity block doesnt appear to be working :(
