Although we no longer support or encourage the use of 1.12.2, we still want you to update to newer versions. For this reason, I updated the Minecraft 1.12.2 generator to support 2020.3. All new features are not supported in it, though, but feel free to open pull requests.
Keep in mind you need to install the plugin yourself. You can support development by contributing features (eg. add missing features from 2020.3) on https://github.com/Pylo/MCreatorGenerator-Forge-1.12.2/releases.

This generator is made to support 2020.3 and 2020.4 when released, but as said, it is not officially supported and not encouraged to be used.

by the generator of 2020.2 the issue not appear. Also it works fine.

everything I'm using is correct, but it wont let me export the new version of my mod because of this error and keeps exporting the old version.
all imports, itemnames... everything is correct, the problem is "X not exist..."

Bro 1.12.2 mods are amazing because of how lightweight they are. Why do they have to not include older versions. They are all amazing mod versions and newer versions aren’t the best. As they can lag your game. I mean if you go to curseforge you’ll see so many modpacks with 1.12.2 If we don’t get this I will be sad and I don’t really wanna do the steps to code Minecraft mods so PLEASE.
When will there be 1.12.2? I kinda want to make a 1.12.2 mod but i might end up making a 1.18.x mod when its support is here!

@mrgwbland - no, 1.12 plugin doesn't work with 2021.3 and will not work with any newer version.
The safest version to use it is 2021.1, you may have a lot of issues dealing with it on 2021.2.

Can you please review and approve my pull request for the 1.12.2 generator? I'm asking you this because the log4j security issue is still inside the generator because the build file version is 14.23.5.2855, but the current and final version is 14.23.5.2860.
