Although we no longer support or encourage the use of 1.12.2, we still want you to update to newer versions. For this reason, I updated the Minecraft 1.12.2 generator to support 2020.3. All new features are not supported in it, though, but feel free to open pull requests.
Keep in mind you need to install the plugin yourself. You can support development by contributing features (eg. add missing features from 2020.3) on https://github.com/Pylo/MCreatorGenerator-Forge-1.12.2/releases.

This generator is made to support 2020.3 and 2020.4 when released, but as said, it is not officially supported and not encouraged to be used.

When will this plugin be updated for newer MCreator? If it wont be then where can I download a compatible MCreator installation?
Unless there is some community project, no, there will be no more official updates to 1.12.2. You can download old versions at https://mcreator.net/download/all
Spectral (the person who made a 2023.1 plugin for 1.16.5) is working on 1.12.2 .
Yes the problem is that i don't want to just bring it to 2021.2 (1.12.2), i would like to add some more features and the plugin for 2023.1 (1.16.5) works with biomes, but there have been a lot of changes in the gui code and i can't get them to work (because I'm not good in java and MCreator 2023.1 brings so many changes that it is difficult to make it work.). I should do it again for the 3rd time more calmly to raise the possibility of making it work (which I won't do at the moment).
