Plugins Folder Missing?

Hello!

It's a simple plugin problem but I can't seem to fix it.

I've installed a generator plugin that allows me to access 2020.5 features in 2020.1 but as soon as I opened my .mcreator folder, I couldn't find the Plugins Folder. I also don't have a manage plugins section in preferences whenever I open setting in Mcreator. Obviously I'm running version 2020.1, so is this feature not available for that version?

I changed the settings on my OS to allow for hidden folders to be seen but it still isn't there. I thought that maybe if I just created a folder named Plugins in .mcreator, it would work. I go to open up Mcreator and it still doesn't show manage Plugins in preferences.

Is the Plugins folder supposed to be somewhere else? Or is it just that I'm running an older version of Mcreator, that I can't manage plugins

I've searched everywhere but the only forum closest to my problem is:

Plugins have been added in the second snapshot of the 2020.2, so you need this version at least. Also, if you use the 2020.1 to be able to have a 1.12.2 generator, use the 1.12.2 plugin for the 2020.5.
