mcreator 2020.6 bug? where "tool able to destroy it does not work"

I was testing something while making a mod and found out that "tool able to destroy it" does not work I don't really know why, but no matter what I do to the properties the block can be broken by hand, I even started a new mod to see if the same thing happens and it did (just in case this is local I won't lable it as bug but i will urge you to test it out in the mcreator 2020.6) also it works just fine in the older versions so I am truly lost.
