Today I did the mod and everything was fine. And then I went to the website again and the mod wasn't there. Why? This is the second time
Check https://mcreator.net/wiki/modification-publishing-guidelines
and https://mcreator.net/wiki/general-publishing-guidelines
If you follow both of those your mod should not be deleted, if it has happened before, you probably missed something, so be sure to double check everything on both of those
