The mod adds the potion of levitation and the shulker heart needed for the crafting (You obtain an advancement when you collect one). To craft the potion put a shulker heart and an akward potion in a brewing stand.

as the other commenter suggested, you could add more originality to your mod by adding more effects that are currently unobtainable through potions. as it is, it is a pretty basic mod.
