You are in a cave, a very deep cave. You have been mining for many hours in search of diamonds. It's getting late, you are tired. Suddenly you see a white square in the corner of your screen and it disappears as quickly as it appeared. You swear it looked like the name of another Player, but you brush it off as a simple rendering bug...

But what if it wasn't ?

''Who's There ?'' adds in entities that will sometimes appear when exploring caves. They are invisible and have names that look like the names of Players. They walk around you and make noises to make you uneasy while you are mining.

Changelog

Version 1.2

Additions:

  • Config File

Changes:

  • When the player looks at a Ghost Player a sound can be played and the Ghost Player will despawn
  • /spawnghost will now make the player look at the nearest ghost

Version 1.1

Additions:

  • Player Name List. It contains 4 slots for player names and gets updated every time a new player joins the world
  • /playernamelist command
  • /setplayername command

Changes:

  • Ghost Players now spawn every 3 minutes
  • A Ghost Player cannot spawn if there's already one in a radius of 70
  • Ghost Players will now take a random player name from the player name list

I don't know why but i am sold. The implementation is somewhat limited though. You should make it more active in the world to better capture the horror aspect.
