Hi, I'm trying to create a biome for my mod, I want it to be fairly flat and take up a large area. I've been experimenting with the continentalness, weirdness and erosion values for a few days now and I think I've got the values right, but my biome is generating underground under the minecraft:plains biome. I understand that minecraft:plains is replacing my biome and this happens absolutely all the time. Is there a way to solve this?

I read these and many other threads, unfortunately they do not fix my problem, maybe I did not explain it well. I create a biome in the overworld, not in a dimension and I have the right, flat erosion values. But my biome is completely replaced by minecraft:plains biome, only a few blocks deep underground are generated from my biome.
I don't want to change the values too much, because then the biome will look completely different from the original plan. I just need something like minecraft:plains or minecraft:meadows.
Maybe someone has already encountered this problem and you have good values?
Or is there an option to make it so that my biome is not replaced, but generated, maybe in turn with minecraft:plains
