This mod inserts a block that adapts to the environment. This block acts as a grass block, so has such a texture. The block has 8 different heights: 2, 4, 6 ..., 16 like snow.

1.0.0: Sand added to Smooth_Blocks

By the way, I am making my mod compatible with yours. This is because I think it would fit perfectly with it.
my mod is "The Traveler's Adventure"

Oh, that's really cool.
I added sand now which looked really cool in a desert.
But I'm not so sure if grvel is so relevant because he spawns mostly under the earth and if there are many blocks on top of each other there are problems. Soul sand is similar because it usually spawns above the abyss and my blocks have gravitation but I could think of adding that too.

I general you could make it so that the “smooth” blocks are ones that can be dug with a shovel. Like sand, dirt, soul sand. This makes sense because snow is a block that the shovel is it’s tool. Harder materials need to be more blocky.
