Topic category: Minecraft mod ideas exchange
The title is a reference to the Fantastic Beasts series of movies but I don't want any creatures from Harry Potter, I want original ideas.
I already have a lot of ideas but "a lot" is not enough.
The theme is "fantasy" and odd, weird, unexpected,crazy, insane ideas are welcome.
Nether mobs are also fine.
The Gear Dragon would better fit in my Ancient Engineering mod but I don't think I will add it since that is a support mod.
A creeper wither would be just like the wither so it would be pointless.
A snapping turtle with wings.
A creature that is invisible at night but will have potion effect particles so you can know where it is kind of. It also likes to stay in dark places (roofed forest, cave ect.)
A creature that turns you to gold.
A one eyed creature that can disguise as any block under it (but you can still see its closed eye on the disguised block)
A turtle that lights itself on fire (can light other things on fire: other mobs, trees, players ect.)
A creature that can transform into any other mob (kinda like a ditto from pokemon)
A creature that can take control of your body.
I think it will be a cool mod :D
Here is a random suggestion:
A meteorite can sometimes fall in the Overworld creating... a Meteormite (name to change XD)! A mob that looks like a krab that has the meteorite as its shell. It isn't very powerful, but it can be a surprise!
