What I want to know is if I can get permission to use the mods that work to be in the modpack (the main one and alternatives) (the main one will contain most of the allowed mods, alternatives will have alternative versions with mods that the main one doesn't have since some mods can't work together for some reason) It's okay if you do not want your mods in the modpack, btw I will not post the modpack anywhere on any other website other than MCreator's and my website.

These modpacks take a while to make, plus I have been wanting to add some of my mods to the mix.

I will make a series out of this soon, but I don't know how soon. I am still making mods modpacks, animations and other things so yeah... be on the lookout :) If you have further questions feel free to ask.

Edit: 9/6/18 -

I was struggling to play Minecraft in 1.7.2, I found a video that had used a mod created by someone who made it possible to play. Apparently the reason was because the older version ran in older versions of Java :/ :\ /: \:

In the meantime, I may have to push back 1.12.2 back a bit further for 1.7.2. Here is the video that helped me:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bEPcZ86iADY

Edit: 10/19/18 -

What other modpacks do you guys and gals want me to make?

Edit: 2/19/19 - (For 2/13/19)

So it's been four years that I have been on MCreator. Woot woot. Man it has been a journey. I have started modding through Forge, but that doesn't mean I won't stop using MCreator, not completely.

There will be some packs that will be re-uploaded and to my Dropbox instead of my Google Drive, because it is backed up and needs cleaning.

Oh yeah, I need to find a lot of time to continue the my Blue Mod. It is gonna take a while before that happens because of school :/ :\ :| .

Thanks for four great years everyone.

Edit: 6/13/19 -

The modpack is still being worked, on right now. I need to change my method of getting mods to get more mods down, though it is the Summer now, there is still stuff going on that is making production halted more.

Edit: 9/9/19 -

I've thought long and hard about this. In order to do 1.7.10, I just need to do it. Later down the line when I get majority of the mods for 1.7.10, I will go into 1.12.2 and find some others. It's the only way for me to do something now.

Edit: 12/10/19 -

Yeah.... I have to do 1.12.2 next year. With the amount of mods for both versions, getting them out in time would be a hassle. What I can do at the moment is 1.14.4. I'll start working on that for now, but 1.12.2 and 1.7.10 are planned for next year. Sorry everyone :(

(Oh yeah I think 1.15 is out now)

Edit: 1/27/20 -

A set of mods have been downloaded and are being tested rn.

Edit: 5/10/20 -

1.12.2 has been released.

Edit: 9/14/20 -

Alright, considering the world is in a breakdown (ha), the modpack is going to take even longer to make. At this point, I don't know when my mods or modpacks will be done, whether it be Forge, Fabric, or MCreator.

Edit: 11/7/20 -

1.14.4 is now in production, the release date is not set yet.

Edit: 1/20/21 -

New Year and stuff. 1.14.4 is still in production, I am planning on doing some more tests to see what mods are good enough to be in. I'll release the list of mods I have currently soon and for others to pitch in. I don't know about my own mods yet. Thank you for your patience.'

Edit: 3/22/21 -

1.14.4 is going to be released within the month, hopefully. There are currently 70 mods in this version, in the future, it will be updated along with 1.12.2 and future versions.
ideas are welcome.

Edit: 6/3/21 -

School got in the way, as usual. Unlimited Awesomeness for 1.14.4 is now released. I've been thinking of making a new forum for what mods you want to see in the modpack.

Sure you can change the dimensions' ID! :)

PS: Can you make a littler modpack this time? Maybe you could do different medium-sized modpacks with different themes because a single huge modpack lags a lot...

I know how... though it isn't easy... Go in the code of your file using 7zip and change every single id of the dimension in every single file about it to a new non-clashing number...

1) Thanks, I'll get right into it. (The thing is that this may take a while since if I the most updated version for each MC version has something that murps something in MC whether it's modded or vanilla, cross our fingers)

2) That I can do. In fact, I had some ideas for modpacks four years ago, it's on some paper, all I need to is work.

3) This is the thing...

If this is the reason why some mods are errored... Then I need to *re-download* a lot of mods, see what was errored this way, and change it.

Actually, this gives me a good idea on a modpack series. A collection of mods that were once set aside because they crashed, but then get a revival, coming back stronger than ever. I'll call it Unlimited Awesomeness: Ultimate Revivalment (or just Ultimate Revivalment or whatever name fits).

(Heck, I might even put these mods into UA and make even larger than before, the possibilities are endless)

Well, that's something to look for I guess.

For the smaller modpacks, I'll get on to that as well, but first, I will try and change the id for your mod.

I'll see if it works.

Well you're right about one thing, it's difficult. Even I don't know where to look.  I tried looking in the classes, but I don't understand it. Wordmapping it on Notepad made it easier to read,  but I can't find the part for the id.

I've been doing a little digging and this is the result...

It does not seem possible to change the ids when they are already in the file. One way that this could be handled is by making an alternative version of the modpack. I'll have to find a way to make this work.

Hmm. It seems we need config files for our mods. If we can get config files implemented somehow, that would be great. I may know a thing or few about how to make a mod using code, but not how to change stuff like this when it's in file form.

Sorry, everyone.

Maybe there's another way...

Hmmm...

RaolTheBest,

I wonder.

Remember on RaolCraft 3, where you listed mods that were compatible with yours. Maybe that could be a modpack. A small one.

Mon, 09/24/2018 - 01:42

Okay,

I am currently working on another project that is taking a bit of time from modding.

Once I can get this settled, I must work on Horse Chestplates for 1.10.2 and add new stuff.

I also need to experiment with the procedures to see how certain things work.

Unlimited Awesomeness for 1.12.2 is gonna have to be put on hold for much longer.

I plan to get Unlimited Awesomeness done by 2019 and will need to update each pack.

Managing to change the ids for dimensions for better compatibility doesn't seem possible unfortunately. Though this won't stump me.

Oh yeah, I need to work on my Blue Minecraft Mod, that will take a while though :/

I am currently doing research on how to create config files for MCreator mods, so... In maybe a week, a month (?) I could possibly be able to create a config file for MCreator mods?

@Toutoukamon

 Gotcha, thank you :D :)

(I do that a lot)

@mega1134227

I know how to code up a config file. (It's actually pretty easy). I don't know how to do it in MCreator though. If you could find out to see if it is possible that would be great. That would be REALLY helpful, especially for when you have a TileEntity, Entity, Dimension, choosing to spawn your biomes in the overworld or not (I guess), and in modpacks.

Oh just a quick heads up, I will start updating the UA every month or every time I get the chance. Most likely on a Friday or Saturday (They are the fun days).

I will upload the next version (1.7.2, yeah it's long overdue and a bit late, but I managed to get this to work so :P)

1.12.2 is next.

I'll discuss more in the next post soon.

You could use my mod if you want. It is not the best mod at all (Mc+ Not Minaria) but I'll update it.

RaolTheBest And I just saw…
Fri, 10/05/2018 - 05:05

RaolTheBest

And I just saw it. It's a wonderful mod.

Also good news, the project I am working on is almost done. (At least that part of it).

When I finish that I will then publish Unlimited Awesomeness for 1.7.2, and then I may start on the long awaited 1.12.2.

For the advancements, if anyone has any suggestions on any, comment them down below. I'm open to suggestions. Plus hype for 1.14 and 1.15, forge for 1.13 and so on and so forth.

Meep.
