It's not a feature requests for MCreator globally but for this Websites, The user points are here and show how much Modification/Comments/Topics we opened but is that really useful?
ALSO give points from amount of downloads of our mods, so this will encourage them more to be MOTW
My idea is to make a kind of Website/Forum rank by user points you will see what I mean in the lines after this...
Like Moderators, Wiki, people will have a rank near their name for People to know how good modder or helper they are!
Points - Ranks - Color
5 - Moding Begginer (or noob lol)
10 - Mod Novice - white
20 - Nice Modder - Iron
50 - Cool Modder - Iron
75 - Advanced Modder - Iron
125 - Modding Expert - Iron
200 - Enthusiastic Modder - Gold
300 - Incredible Modder - Gold
500 - Perfect Modder - Gold
725 - Outrageous Modder - Gold
925 - Awesome Modder- Emerald
1150 - Mod Connoisseur - Emerald
1300 - Super Modder - Emerald
1600 - Mod Champion - Emerald
2000 - Mod Master - Diamond
2500 - Grand Modder - Diamond
3000 - Godly Modder - Diamond
5000 - INSANE MODDER! - Rainbow
????? - A god modder - Rainbow

You can changed the name of ranks if you want but keep this as an idea for the website being more interesting and for people know how the player contributes to MCreator.
I don't approve that.If someone won 1 or + MOTW but don't comment , he/she will has a very small number of points.
If someone is an awesome modder but don't comment and don't have points , he/she will be rated "nub" while he deserve a
"Pro modder" or "awsom modder".
This is why I don't approve.
You should make ranks with not only the points or change the ranks names.
Like "Awesome modder" for those who got more than 3 MOTW and "Community friend" for those who got a lot of points.
Because in this case , players who never created or published any mod can get INSANE MODDER only by sending comments.
I know but it's not me who will work on this website things, Klemen will do what he wants and he will change some name, Btw if something like "Klemen" has 5000 points, it's because he is really a super pro modder, to develop a Mod creator, knowing all these codes, help people with bugs, adding features, All these make him so that we can say he is really INSANE and Awesome!
Also someone who spams for points, will have deleted comments{by moderators} so don't count...
To get a lot of points without spamming shows that the peoples KNOWS about modding and can help peoples!

If we can't get points from downloads(like Klemen said)(Hope it will be possible) So MOTW should gives a good amount like 75?
If I calculate, my amount of Downloads in ElementalMasters and my comments, we should get something 550 which I found pretty fair for me because I am learning to make good mods, and am currently make a big update so... (it's not related :))
I understand that helping on the forum is good and need a rank but if you help on the forum but don't make any mods , you don't deserve to be named "A good modder" but you deserve to be named "A good helper"
Example: without wanting to brag,I have created 2 pretty good MOTW but I don't really help on the forum.I deserve to have the rank "good modder" because I created "good" mods but I don't deserve to have the rank "Good Helper" or something like that because I don't really chat.
Someone who didn't created any mod don't deserve to be named "good modder".And someone who don't help/talk on the forum don't deserve to be named "Good helper".

I think ranks would be a cool idea, but I think the names should be something like "beginner, novice, apprentice, advanced, expert, etc.", without the word "modder", because contributing to the community doesn't mean making good mods.

yeah but also at my sight, No matters how many comments or MOTW or downloads give us ranks, If someone create a Good mods, he merits good points and if some help others a lot, it's because he knows about modding, so we can say he is a Good modder, so No matters how they get the points (EXCEPT Spamming)
Yes, but you can be a mod expert even if you made no mods. And a modder is who makes mods.
you didn't understand what I mean, I mean
Someone who make no Mods but help others by messaging is still a Ranker because he MUST knows about mods if he helps others
And someone who makes mods but don't comment is also a Ranker because he makes Mods,
Remember better his mods is, better points he will get and a better rank

It's not only by helping on the forum that you will deserve to be named "good modder".
Me I got a very low number of points but I am not a noob in modding.
Someone who is bad at creating mods but good at explaining don't deserve "good modder" too.
So , I'll be against that ranks ideas.
