Sorry, but it's still not possible!(In the moment)
In block modifications procedure category there is the set redstone power logic state to block which does that, but at the moment this is global and not specific per block instance.
But why did I don't find it now ?
I search this procedure for 1 hour now.
They removed it.
A new system for this is in works
