Issue description

Ability to create custom Shears and ALSO allow shears to break custom block in Custom Block creation, As it only have Shovel, Pickaxe and Axe

Because as you may know, Shears breaks Wool faster and also help to get cobweb and vines

Why not adding shears in Tool mod element?

We will consider adding shears as a tool option in future updates.

To make block destroyable by shears, your block needs to have material LEAVES selected.

It would be cool if you added this. Another feature that should go with it is making a block with a custom drop drop itself when using shears, it could be just like the silk touch box.

I believe that material LEAVES does this. Not sure though, I haven't tested it.

You can also edit the code, replace "[effect tool name], harvest level" to "shears, 0"

Shears will be added as a tool type in MCreator 1.9.1. I am closing this ticket now.
