Nice idea ! You could still make a discord server. It's free and real time with notifications and polls/roles .I am not making ad , but it still may be useful.

Use the 'reply' button if talking to a specific person (e.g.) RockstarBonnet, and they will be notified if they checked the 'receive emails about replies to my comment' box. I'm not actually hosting any servers, so use this to talk to someone like RockstarBonnet, who is.
