Haki one piece

I’m making a one piece mod and I want to make haki so when you activate it there’s a change of the skins color but I know you can’t change textures but I was wondering if you can and a transparent 3d model if the body part and have it move with the body part (Not with armor) ? If anyone can help me then thank you
