help woth healht boost

 

I have a problem with the armor tick event. Can you tell me how to fix it? Hearts appear, but if it regenerates I receive damage and I lost it, can you tell me what to do to solve this error? I have this problem for three months please could say directly do not take this in a bad way just put the solution of the problem or a link to a video to the current version on how to repair it

Maybe use new potion puzzle piece in mcreator 1.8.3. I made same armor before half year and didnt worked. But with this I maybe will finnish it

I know whats the problem, the problem is the Armor tick event, When we set a potion effect on this event, it always constantly give the potion effect to the player wearing this armor piece, but health_boost works differently, Everytime we receive health boost when we already have the effect on, it reset the effect, so health boost on armor tick is unfortunately Impossible, sorry for that

You can have it so the armour has a local varyable. When when armour is first worn, it gives the player infinite health boost , then sets the varyible to one so it knows not to give the player health boost again. You would also need a procedure that goes on player tick update, and tests if the player is not waering the armour. It then clears the effect. THis might work, I haven't tried it.
