How can i change the playermodel without any armor stuff or items?

How can i change the playermodel without any armor stuff or items?

I was just wondering on how i could change the playermodel when a key is pressed, so for example if i press x a hat would appear on my head but there would be no item in my inventory.

changing the player model without coding is not possible yet.
