Energy Generation

Hi, im making a mod with MCreator 2020.4, i want to make a solar panel that can generate energy, and also, a block that need energy to work, like a pulveriser, can someone give me a screen of 2 procedure, First one is the procedure for the solar panel and second , a pulveriser crafting procedure, like if u put iron and the energy = to 20 or higher, it make iron dust and remove 20 FE.
