Welcome to the Cold Nether Mod!
To go to this dimension, craft Frost Obsidian using 1 Obsidian in the middle, 4 Packed Ice and 4 Ice.
There is also Frostite Debris that spawns within this dimension that when smelted becomes Frostite Scrap which with 4 of those and 4 diamonds makes one Frostite Ingot!
Frostite Ore which is more common also exists which when broken gives 1 Frostite Nugget which 9 of makes one Frostite Scrap
With a Smithing Table, you can upgrade a piece of Netherite Armour/Tools to Frostite Armour/Tools!
