adds: gold ore dimension, gold portal and the gold portal igniter. the gold portal igniter can only be obtained with a recipe. the gold dimension has lava as its fluid block. no mobs appear in this dimension. this biome isn´t safe for piglins. the sea level is at the coordinate Y=32
