Badlands update!

This mod adds a new update mojang said would be in game the badlands update! Section:1 the Vulture - the vulture is a new mob that can be found in the badlands there neutral obs so if so if you dont attack it it wont attack you, the vulture has 40 hp and drops a feather and can be tamed with a bone rotten flesh raw mutton or raw rabbit and it will fight for you. Section:2 flowering cactus - flowering cactus are a new form  of cactus that when right clicked with a bucket it gives you water so now you have a new infinite source of water, sometimes it might drop petals witch when combined with chorus fruit it can be crafted into popped chorus fruit.
