SHORT MOD EXPLANATION

Basically this is an Adventure / Rpg mod based on populating the world with many of new mobs, entities, creatures, animals and all come along their own items, biomes and so on. The structure reproduces the one of a classic Rpg game based on the scheme mob / drop where all items here are customized: advanced mobs models, high level textures, custom items, weapons / equipments with custom effects, personailzed biomes, new dimensions and so on. 

All models,which took me quite a lot of work and got many appreciations in the past for their uniqueness and high quality, are taken from my previous mod and here improved.

The main feature here is a fully configurable system directly ingame. Inner menus allow you to change all aspects of the game:drop rate, spawn rate, mob aspect, mob boost and so on. 

XII - The Hanged Man is valorized if played in Survival mode: there you can really prove yourself and try to survive in a very hostile world by using your strategy and some luck

 

SOME USEFUL INFORMATION

 

** For recipes please use Jei

 

** Compatibily with most of other mods including the most famous Biomes mods (Biomes o plenty, Biomes you'll go etc...). XII - The Hanged Man mobs also spawn in these mods biomes (in some cases XII - The Hanged Man mobs will only spawn in some not vanilla biomes).

 

** Ok for Modpacks, you can add XII - The Hanged Man and please credit author

BESTIARY BOOK (INNOVATIVE CUSTOM FEATURE WHICH INTRODUCES A BOOK WHICH GIVES YOU A LOT OF INFORMATION ON ALL MOBS INGAME AND ALLOWS YOU TO CONFIGURATE LOT OF PARAMETRES DIRECTLY INGAME).

Below an extract with Cockatrice but different mobs have different customizations
 

Choose your mob from the alphabetical list: here in the example we go to Cockatrice page

Then decide which setting you want to change

Boost page allows you to stregthen mob, make it weaker and so on

On "MOOD" page you can make Cockatrice in the world be pacific or aggressive

Drop page allows you to decrease or increase mob drop %

Spawn rate is a useful page which allows you to increase or decrease mob spawn weight ingame or you can even disable spawn

On My Mob Pet page (in this case My Cockatrice Pet) you can set your Mob pet features: make it super strong (Godlike), make it weak, make it small, make it aggressive or pacific and much more

 

BUILDING BLOCKS (ALL CUSTOM BLOCKS TO BUILD)

Ice Lucky Block: very rare block which may appear once a rock type block is destroyed with an Ice Pickaxe. Break it to drop very rare items

DECORATIVE BLOCKS (BEAUTIFUL BLOCKS AND ITEMS TO DECORATE YOUR WORLD)

Cyclop Treasure Chest: randomly appears inside Cyclop Caves. May contain random items and sometimes rare ones

Heart Block:only way to destroy a Heart Mirror is by killing his beating heart.

Statues: Medusa head transforms all entities into statues. Also Medusa pet may be skilled with this same power

Glasses of revelation: using some Cockatrice drops you may be able to craft these glasses which allows you to see invisible creatures

Heart Mirror Armor: makes you invulnerable to all attacks

Cockatrice Noodles: feed Cockatrice to restore some of her health

Cockatrice Soul Bottle: bottle containing the soul of a Cockatrice. Drink it and for one minute you will be in Cockatrice soul status. During this phase you attract Cockatrice to you and you may have chance to drop an Arrow of Cockatrice taming upon killing a Cockatrice. Use this type of arrows to hit Cockatrice and may have a possibility that Cockatrice will be tamed and be your pet

Soul Eater Rose rarely grows in swamps. If you kill any mob near a soul eater rose you may have a chance to drop different taming items. Use this type of taming (mostly arrows) to hit Mob and may have a possibility that Mob will be tamed and be your pet.

Red Purslane grows in forest or hills or plains which are not cold, sandy, spooky or rare.

Sleeping Fungus grows in mushroom biomes or magic forests. Be careful since it may come to life and change into an Awaken Fungus

Violent Purslane grows in forest or hills or plains which are not cold, sandy, spooky or rare. Violet purslane are Cockatrice favourite food

 

RANGED ITEMS

Lightning Bow: uses bolts as bullets. Its power is strong only during rainstorm. In this situation when bullets hit a block may destroy the area around while when hit a living entity may calls numerous lightnings

Sheep Shooter: funny sheep shaped bow which shoots sheeps as bullets
