Miner 3x3 Enchant

This small Mod for Forge 1.16.5 adds to your game 1 new Enchantment:

Miner! It has 2 Levels (3x3 and 5x5) and can be rarely found in Enchanting Table

or bought from Villager.

You will mine more blocks with it, but waste a lot of durability
