Wat Cat Blocks

This mod adds the "That Wat Cat" and "Neon Block" blocks, "That Cat", "Neon", and "Funny Cat" items. The "That Wat Cat" block is made out of 9 Funny Cats when you add them to the crafting table!. Also added are "That Wat Cat" tools, like hoes, shovels, pickaxes, swords, and axes, and also armor like the chestplate, helmet, leggings, and boots. The "Neon Block" also has the same added tools and armor, which are a bit stronger than the "Wat Cat" things. Now there is also a Neon entity, which attacks the "That Cat" entity. There are advancements added as well. Also, the "That Cat" entity can now drop a "Sir Meows Meow", a music disc that can be played in the jukebox. You can now craft the "Neon" ore with one stone and one "Neon" item. You can now craft the "That Cat" ore with one "That Cat" item, one "Funny Cat" item and one stone.
