Since this place is in the middle of all dimensions, endermen take it as a scale when traveling through worlds. They like icebergs.
To create a galactic block you will need one of each ingot, a diamond, an emerald, redstone dust, glowstone dust, and a nether star in the middle.
You will need some sculk and a stonecutter to create a strange rock; which somehow enables the portal to Outer Space.

We all know there exist three dimensions,
but have we wondered what lies in the middle, beyond the void and after the bedrock? Welcome to Outer Space, a hostile place where all dimensions crash one into the other in a mashup worth of attention. But be careful, once inside it will not be easy to go back; even though it is way harder to go in unless you are really pro. Be careful with water, since it is more like a black hole. Seriously.

It seems some DUMB creator forgot you cannot obtain end portal frames in survival, so I decided to change it for a block of sculk. It is hard to obtain, but not imposible.
