Titan Shifting REVAMP

This mod adds titans (acting strange right now, recommended to disable spawning) and titan shifting to the game. This is heavily inspired by Attack On Titan, featuring a simple, easy to figure out system of titan shifting.

To enable titan shifting, you must first kill a titan. Level 1 titans are the easiest to kill, at very little HP, and the level 4 titans are the most difficult to kill. Once you have killed a titan, use the spinal fluid it drops to become a Titan Shifter. At first, you will be weak and small, but as you advance you will grow larger and stronger. But, with this ability there is a cooldown. The cooldown is exactly the length of the time you were a titan, unless you unshift early where it will be half that.
