2nd 2022.1 snapshot - Nether & cave biomes and more!

The second MCreator 2022.1 snapshot is here, adding nether biomes, cave biomes, and many other new features and bug fixes, especially for 1.18 generators. More in the article.

  • Added native file chooser support on Windows computers
  • Added render transparent entity model condition
  • Added display shaking animation entity model condition
  • Added optional biome underwater block support
  • Added new built-in entity models: cod, ocelot, piglin, salmon, witch
  • Added new procedure blocks: get entity look vector, get player XP needed to gain a level, copy NBT tags of the item to another item, compare blocks by block state or by a raw block

Good job, developers! By the way I wanted to you added ranged item settings for entity (aim, speed, number of bullets etc...). Thank you for updates of MCreator and I hope that you will see a my wish!

how would you import a java model though? when i go in blockbench with a model the only export version is 1.17 - 1.18 mojmaps not mcp

This is amazing! I can finally make my deepslate ore better and the transparent, piglin, oceolot and witch thing will help my mod a lot!
I'm thinking of making a piglin-like creature that shakes when its in water and takes damage so its going to be really useful for that!

i made a test biome and it generates under ground but when i use /locatebiome it says it couldnt find the biome
