Cartelcraft is a mod that adds cartel related mobs and structures, along with various drugs and substances. The drugs can be used for beneficial and harmful effects. You can either trade with villagers to get drugs, find them in loot around various structures, or craft them yourself. Most recipes can be unlocked by the achievements, and some can be found out by the tooltips from some of the items.
