Neo's artifacts is a mod that (as the name suggests) adds various artifacts to the game.
But artifacts aren't the only things it adds. It also adds armor sets, blocks, mobs, structures and tools as well as weapons.
Also if you have got any suggestions, please be sure to comment on this thread.
(The items are split into chapters)
Artifacts are magical items, that require either souls or mana to use.
Currently the mod adds the:

Neos_Artifacts-1.20.1-Forge-1.3.jar - Last forge version, as I switched over to NeoForge. Will maybe update this one from time to time, if there is enough demand

Changelog
Version 1.1 changes:
- Removed the Bone Staff for the time being
- Removes the Dungeons Structure, as I'm working on a new design/idea
- Added the Skull Structure, which will work as the enterance to the dungeons
- Added icons for abilities (Key bind + mana/soul cost)
- Made the Mage House structure rarer
- Made the mana system run with variables, instead of the scoreboard
- Added a new dimension. Still in progress
- Changed the item descriptions of some items
- Added the Lucky Power, granting a 5% chance to deal a critical hit, dealing 1.5x your attack damage. Obtained by applying a rabbit foot to your sword
NeoForge 1.0 changes:
Switched over to Neoforge, so that I can use plugins and hopefully make the game run more stable
- Removed the Archmage entity for the time being, as it was causing lag
- Improved performance greatly
- Tons of balance changes:
- Frozen Scythe: Damage: 25 -> 15
- Scythe of Chaos: Mana: 250 -> 100, Souls: 25 ->10, DMG: 30 -> 24
- Staff of fire: Mana: 150 -> 200, DMG: 35 -> 30, Speed: 0.6 -> 0.5
- Book of knowledge Ice: DMG: 12 -> 10; Fire: Mana: 100 -> 150, DMG: 35 -> 30; Implosion: Mana: 200 -> 100, Area of effect is now 6x6, instead of 4x4
- Corruption power (from shard of corruption): Mana: 150 -> 100, DMG: 12 ->15
- Book of Corruption: Souls: 50 -> 25, Area: 8x8->10x10
- Added text to item lore, that tells you if an item can be applied to a tool as a power.
- Buffed the Lucky Power: 1.5x DMG -> 2x DMG. Also changed the calculation to include sharpness, armor toughness and defense
- Removed the skull structure and dungeon dimension as it was causing unneccessary lag. Currently working on new rooms and a solution to the lag problem
