This mod is Project: Omega. This is a massive WIP and isn't very polished yet.
This mod is currently in an alpha/beta state. I plan to add much more, including new weapons, items, armor, mobs, biomes, etc.

Ok, here goes nothing. This is the first major update for the mod. I tried to add some new content and fix the many bugs and slip-ups throughout the mod.
Update 0.2: The corruption update:
This update adds a new biome, the corruption, to the overworld. In the corruption, 3 new mob variants can be found
New corrupted gear can be crafted as well from both mining in the corrupted biome, and from corrupted essence dropped by its mobs.
I also did multiple general fixes and improvements.
More details can be found in the changelog.
Keep in mind that this mod is a work in progress. I will try to fix bugs and add new content regularly. Please leave me feedback and I might integrate it into the mod.

Update 0.2: The corrupted update:
Main contents:
Biomes: The Corrupted biome is a new biome that has been added. It has 3 new mob variants and a new ore(This being corrupted steel).
Mobs: 3 new mob variants. The corrupted zombie and corrupted spider both spawn in the corruption biome and are tougher to beat than your usual foe. The corrupted cow is a new passive mob that also spawns in the corrupted biome. The zombie and spider drop corrupted essence upon defeat, whereas the cow drops corrupted meat. Corrupted essence can be used along with corrupted steel to make new gear.
Gear: The corrupted armor, scythe, battleaxe, and pickaxe can be crafted from corrupted essence and corrupted steel. The hacksaw is also a new tool/weapon. It can be crafted from mecha parts and iron. There are also another 3 new weapons that spawn in a new structure( more details on that later). These weapons are the slot sword(which might be bugged) which has an 80% chance to give you a potion effect whenever it hits a mob, the pocket knife, which is a sword with high attack speed and durability but low damage, and the explosive fart gun, which requires no explanation.
Structures: 1 new structure has been added; the supply drop. These can be found randomly around the overworld and give you helpful items, such as redstone, iron ingots, and arrows. They also have a chance to give one of the new supply drop weapons that are listed above.
Housekeeping:
-Avocado traders have been temporarily blocked from naturally spawning due to them being very buggy and now crashing your game when you interact with them.
-Survival camp well no longer floods structure due to a bug with water going through stairs
-There is now a /start command that can tell you a few general tips and things for the mod.
-Energy blade now does damage properly
Alpha 0.1:
This is the first upload of the mod. I just want to get something out there that is playable before I start adding massive amounts of new content.
Mobs: There are currently 3 mobs. The Lavender cow(Who spawns in plains, rivers, and small extreme hills) acts as a passive creature. When killed, it drops 1 lapis lazuli and can be bred using blue orchid flowers. The second new mob is the avocado cultist. This mob is currently broken (I'm struggling to get the GUI trading menu to properly trade). It is intended to give you an avocado every time you trade it 5 gold nuggets. The last new mob in this update is the Mecha Automaton. It is very small, but also very deadly. It will remain standing still until the player attacks it or approaches it. If killed, it can drop iron ingots, as well as the parts to make new energy gear.
Structures: This mod currently adds one structure: The survival camp. It currently doesn't have any major use, but it does act as a structure to make the world feel a little different than the usual.
Gear: This mod currently adds one tier of new gear; this being energy gear. Energy gear( Energy blade, energy battleaxe, energy drill, and energy armor) is generally more powerful than netherite short of a few traits. It can't be burned in fire or lava and glows when on the ground. The energy blade is currently broken, which is an issue that will be resolved soon. This gear can be crafted from iron, and parts dropped by mecha automatons. The sword, axe, and pikaxe don't have any special qualities other than glowing and being immune to burning, but the armor gives the glowing, slow falling, and jump boost effects.
Other: A few more things were added to the mod, such as naturally spawning ruby ores, avocadoes as a food, etc.
