Giving a player extra arms, then letting the arms display two items and static climbing

Hello!

I want to try and make a new update to my mod that I have been working on by adding doctor octopus' arms (its a superhero mod)

I was wondering if there was a way to make mechanical arms bound to a chest piece (armor) and make them display two items and climb walls.

You can by making a java model in blockbench

There are many tutorials in YouTube as well on how to make 3d armor
