Extra Bows

Adds 3 new bows: Ember Bow, Frozen Bow, and Ender Bow.

 - Ember Bow:

     Shoots a fire projectile which catches any entity hit on fire. Ammo is one arrow.

- Frozen Bow:

     Shoots an ice projectile which slows and withers any entity hit. Ammo is one arrow.

- Ender Bow:

     Shoots an ender pearl projectile which teleports the player who shot the bow to the destination. Ammo is one ender arrow.

Adds Ender Arrow:

     Used by Ender Bow as ammo
