"Get entity health" procedure block

Issue description

I thought this ticket was already made...

A "get entity health" block would be very useful: bosses that become stronger when have little health, mobs that heal other mobs, items that only work when the player's health is low, weapons that are more efficient based on health and many more things would be possible.

We will add this in MCreator 1.8.3. I am closing this ticket now.

This would be great for Augments (a mod-specific feature) in my mod :)
