Dude, search Blockbench on google, install it, download CEM Tenmplate loader, install Villager Model, make your texture

Do you want a fully custom villager(new entity) or just subtype of average villager(vanilla one)?

(btw the blockbench isn't that much for the model but the texture, since you can select Villager model on MCreator, but you need to make a texture or Blockbench or smt like that
