About the plugin

RedWire's Plugin is a thing that I've been using mostly to help with my own mod-making experience. Hopefully, some of the additions from this plugin will be useful to other people :)

  • Getting the entity that a player is spectating will no longer (manually) return null if it's spectating itself/isn't spectating anything
  • Added customBlockIndex stuff for certain data procedures to prevent potential build errors (thanks Klemen for removing backwards compatibility btw. very helpful)

  • Fixed a thing where I accidentally screwed up "Get entity from string uuid" in versions 1.20.6 or lower

  • Changed code of "Get entity from literal uuid [uuid]" to be a simple one-liner instead of creating a method (or anonymous object, depending on the Minecraft version)
  • Moved all UUID-related procedures (except for UUID comparison) to a new plugin tab labeled "UUID"
  • Removed the "regclasses.yaml" datalist
  • Improved the "forgeregs" datalist to include the data from regclasses.yaml
  • The "Get object from registry" procedure no longer uses a second field for defining class type

  • Added server-side indicator for getting entity from string/literal UUID and executing command from entity/world with permission level (Note: getting entity from numeric ID works both sides, so that is intentionally left without an indicator)

When updating to 1.1.0 all the procedures under action all meshed together in the selection and it won't let me use any of them

Do you mean like loading it without it then loading with it again?
Also I figured out I can still access things through the search so I've been using the page as reference and just searching up things when I needed them

Heya, feature request: something similar to that of checking whether the player or some other entity is looking at a specific entity or player?
Anyway, great plugin! This'll certainly come in handy!
