Release notes
- Removed "at every position carved by carvers" placement. Existing uses of this placement in feature mod elements will be converted to "with uniform height distribution" placement.
- Removed lit particle type. Instead, there is now a checkbox to allow any particle type to have emissive light rendering. Existing particle mod elements will be converted automatically.
- Cured by milk and by totem potion effect properties were removed and are now always enabled by default
- Get fuel power of item procedure block now requires world dependency
- Enchantability can no longer be 0 for armor and tools. Existing elements will have 0 values converted to 1 automatically.
- [1.21.4] Certain procedure triggers and procedure blocks now only run on the server side

2 ideas:
1. Add jockey mod elements, allowing us to spawn in things like skeleton horses are, and make it so that they are listed with entities (ie, when spawning in an entity with procedures, or choosing entities to spawn in a set biome, they are listed with all the single entities)
2. Make it so we can fire projectiles from blocks (particularly dispensers), accounting for block direction.
is it possible to get a trigger for procedures called "On Chunk Generation" or another world-gen procedure. Or ability to replace stone in biome w/ custom stone but all of it, not just some, like it used to in the past. Been trying features but it seems to only replace a small amount or non at all. Maybe Im setting it up wrong but no tuts been out for it yet. Also a tutorial for the new blockstates and etc like make a working torch or redstone block be nice w/o needing to create two block elements to do it.

A. Ive been looking on the forum a long with like 20 others trying replace all stone in their biome w/ their custom stone but no answers.
B. If by some miracle someone does help, its not the correct help cuz they link it for different version of mcreator
C. You guys never comment on suggestions for mcreator very much.
