About the plugin

RedWire's Plugin is a thing that I've been using mostly to help with my own mod-making experience. Hopefully, some of the additions from this plugin will be useful to other people :)

Supported plugin versions:

Forge 1.19.2, Forge 1.19.4, Forge 1.20.1, NeoForge 1.20.4, NeoForge 1.20.6, NeoForge 1.21.1, NeoForge 1.21.4

For info on most procedures and other stuff, check this file

Changelog

for the full list of changes, check this file

v5.1.4

  • Added a null-check for the static cloned entity procedure

v5.1.3

  • Changed text of procedure "Get default name of [entity]" to "Get name type of [entity]"
  • Added UUID randomizing to prevent cloned entities from despawning on world reload
  • Added procedure "Static cloned entity of [entity] (no spawning)", functioning similarly to "Static entity instance of type [x] (no spawning), except it'll create a static entity with the same data as the entity input

v5.1.2

  • Slightly changed the text_split_foreach procedure code to use the default value operator instead of re-assigning a (potential) missing value
  • Added a procedure "Attempt to do [x] print error to console [y]", which is a copy of an already-existing procedure, just without the statement if it fails
  • Slightly changed the text.properties line for try_and_catch

v5.1.1

  • "Is provided world hardcore" is no longer a server-side only check

v5.1.0

  • Added support for Forge 1.19.2 for anyone that still uses that

Is it possible to add a procedure block that is like:

"For each item as [ItemStack Iterator] of the currently open GUI of [Entity] do..."?

It would return each item of the GUI that's currently open, except the ones from the player's inventory. In other words, it would get only the items from the chest, or machine, or other block that has a block entity. I'm sorry if this sounded a bit demanding. You don't have to do, if you don't want to.

Where are old versions located? Since you removed 1.20.1 I cannot use the latest version.

I uhh.. didn't keep any backups of forge 1.20.1, sorry 💔
I *can*, however, re-add support. Fair warning though, I don't know if I can support the item "set max damage/set stack size/repair cost" things, but... I can certainly try.
Also just remembered I don't need to downgrade mcreator cause I can just get the Forge 1.20.1 generator plugin, so...

Okay so I realized too late post-4.1.0 that if you used the string split foreach procedure, you're gonna need to re-save every procedure that uses it (and for other elements that call those procedures), sorry chat

get key that keybind don't work, and how u think is need work? is need if pressed- return true, and equals to questions, if get key that keybind "Attack/Destroy (u is write what is a not "a,b,c, lmb or something)" = true
then return procedure

ITS NEED
if get key that keybind "Attack/Destroy" is assigned to = true
true = execute command "say 1" in the name of Event/Target entity
false - ignore procedure

what u do - idk, but its not work, and is a very nice reason to fix plugin, or pls write TRUE instruction

RedWire,
Your plugin has some very cool tech that I'm interested to discuss sometime, if you'd like. My discord username is 'snailsattack'.
